🌱 Afghani Soya Chaap Curry
Description: Tandoori-style soya chaap cooked in a creamy, mildly spiced, and aromatic white gravy.
🧄 Ingredients:
For Marination:

Soya chaap sticks – 4 (peeled and slit)

Hung curd – ¼ cup

Cream – 2 tbsp

Green chili paste – ½ tsp

Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
-
Salt – to taste

Lemon juice – 1 tsp

White pepper – ½ tsp
Final Gravy:

Butter – 1 tbsp
-
White Gravy Base – 1 cup

Kewra water – few drops
-
Kasuri methi – ½ tsp

Cream – 2 tbsp
👨🍳 Method:
🔸 Step 1: Marinate & Grill

Mix all marinade ingredients and coat chaap. Rest for 30 mins.

Grill or pan-fry till slightly charred. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
🔸 Step 2: Prepare Curry

Heat butter, add white gravy base.

Add grilled chaap, kasuri methi, cream, and a few drops of kewra water.

Simmer 5 minutes on low flame.
Garnish: Mint leaves and a butter swirl.
Serve with: Roomali roti or Afghani naan.
